auto bulbs work?

I put a couple 1141LL auto bulbs in my rear blinkers. Manual calls for 23w. Can I leave these in or are the bike bulbs (23w) different wattage or something that could cause a problem? They seem to look real close.

There were 21w bulbs in there from before, not sure why on that either.??
